We are overjoyed to be surrounded by the people who have shaped our lives and filled our story with so much love and laughter. Below are a few helpful details as you prepare to join us for a weekend that means the world to us.
When and where are the ceremony and reception?
Our ceremony will take place at First Presbyterian Church of Nashville, followed by a celebration at Ravenswood Mansion in Brentwood. A cocktail hour will begin right after the ceremony at the reception venue. You’ll find all addresses and timing on your invitation.
What should I wear?
The attire is Black Tie Optional; the wedding party will be dressed in black tie, and we would love for our guests to join us in dressing for a festive and elegant evening! Tuxedos or dark suits with ties for gentlemen, and floor-length gowns or dressy eveningwear for ladies.

Will any events take place outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors. Our reception will take place in a beautiful tented space with heaters provided if needed for the season.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is ample free parking available at both the church and the reception venue.
When should I RSVP, and how?
Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by October 15th by submitting your RSVP through the RSVP tab on this website. RSVPs will be made available once invitations are sent out.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We want all of our guests to feel cared for and well-fed! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when submitting your RSVP.
Are children invited?
We adore your little ones, but we hope you’ll enjoy this evening as a night out. We are only able to accommodate the children over the age of 13 and included on the invite. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring a guest?
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed there. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We’ll be serving a full selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. Cheers!
What time does the reception end?
The evening will wind down around 9:30 PM, and we hope you’ll be on the dance floor with us until the very last song.
Is there a hotel block for guests?
We’ve reserved room blocks at three conveniently located hotels to make your visit as seamless as possible. You can find all the details on the Travel page of this site.
